We have optimized the sorting of available wagons. Now, wagons that are closest to the scheduled dispatch date appear first, making it easier to find and select the best option. The platform’s interface has been completely redesigned. It is now simpler, lighter, more user-friendly, and intuitive for every user.
New chatbot and review system
For shippers’ convenience, we’ve introduced a chatbot. They can now quickly get answers to any technical or commercial questions related to using the platform, booking wagons, or placing freight orders. We also added the ability to leave a review after completing an order or at any time. Now shippers can view feedback from other users and share their own experiences. This increases the transparency and reliability of our service.
