Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in repair or manufacturing.
Excellent knowledge of the Russian language.
Higher education.
Proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to propose effective solutions.
Proficiency in standard software such as MS Office.
Teamwork skills.
Experience in railway transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Organizing high-quality maintenance of the freight wagon fleet.
Managing scheduled and unscheduled railcar repairs and monitoring completed work.
Searching for new repair facilities and spare parts suppliers.
Analyzing repair costs and presenting the data to partners.
Working with our internal systems and handling documentation.
Providing technical support to employees and wagon owners.
Preparing reports for the management team.
