Rental Wagons, a railcar operator and owner, provides its own rolling stock for spot shipments for rail freight transportation across the CIS* and the Baltic states, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Our fleet includes covered wagons with capacities from 138 to 161 m³, as well as open wagons with capacities of 78 - 88 m³. We work exclusively with B2B clients. The minimum order starts from 1 wagon. Wagon pricing is spot-based and depends on market demand, the type of cargo, and the specific route. Our Routes
Rail freight transportation is the most reliable and efficient way to move cargo over long distances. Our wagons operate across the Eurasian region in countries with a broad-gauge railway network.

for the transportation of bulk and loose cargo, including coal, ore, sand, crushed stone, mineral fertilizers, and construction materials.
Why is long-distance rail freight more profitable than road transport? Railcars offer higher payload capacity, better protection from weather conditions, and a more stable transportation schedule. Rail transport reduces the risk of cargo damage, lowers the cost of long-distance shipments, and ensures more predictable delivery times. In terms of volume, one railcar can easily replace up to three trucks.
How to book a wagon?
Via the online platform
- Register at https://portal.rentalwagons.com/register and confirm your email.
- Select the wagon type, departure and destination stations, and preferred dates.
- Add your order to the cart and click «Get an offer».
- Approve the offer and sign the contract online.
- The wagons will be dispatched to the designated loading station.
